The Company
V.I.G. Real Estate was started in the summer of 2009 and is owned and operated by Vaco Investment Group LLC. We are committed to the following goals:
- Provide foreclosure avoidance assistant to families.
- Helping families sell homes that have been for sale for longer than expected.
- Help families that have been having a hard time with traditional lending find funding for the purchase of a home.
- Assist banks in selling bank owned properties that have been hard to sell or that have been foreclosed on in order to clear out bank inventory.
- Providing real estate to individuals and other investors at wholesale prices.
The President
Gerald Daniels is the President and Owner of Vaco Investment Group, LLC which owns and operates V.I.G. Real Estate. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. Gerald has been working for FirstData, initially in application development and then as an IT Manager, for 12 years. Gerald was very successful in both of those roles at FirstData. Now he is taking that experienced gained and embarking off on a new venture. He founded Vaco Investment Group, LLC in 2009 when the economy was at its lowest with the idea that he could help other people who may be struggling in one form or another in relation to real estate by connecting buyers with sellers that have an urgent need to sell.
The Opportunities
We are always looking for good, open minded and enthusiastic real estate brokers to partner with. They must not be afraid of submitting low offers on properties. Having worked with investors in the past is a plus.
